9 Sick Tours That You Probably Forgot Happened

With bands touring Europe multiple times per year it’s easy to forgot that tour your favourite band did 10 years ago and how great it was at the time. Here are 9 blasts from the past that we loved…

December 2010 – THE GHOST INSIDE / FOR THE FALLEN DREAMS / SUFFOKATE / LOWER THAN ATLANTIS

Following the release of RETURNERS The Ghost Inside hit the UK with a fairly diverse support cast. Imagine Lower Than Atlantis on such a bill these days?

June / July 2009 – HAVE HEART FINAL TOUR

We absolutely loved Have Heart, so it was a heavy day when they decided to call it quits, fortunately some of us made it to the bands last ever show in Boston as well as a few days on their final UK / EU tour that summer. We still miss them.

December 2008 – SLIPKNOT / MACHINE HEAD / CHILDREN OF BODOM

Some might call it the golden era of the Knot. This was one hell of a tour package though, relentless from start to finish.

February 2009 – THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER / CEPHALIC CARNAGE / PSYCROPTIC / SYLOSIS

Supporting the release of NOCTURNAL The Black Dahlia Murder brought their live chaos to Europe once more with potentially one of the heaviest riff-filled bills they’ve ever had.

April 2010 – PARKWAY DRIVE / DESPISED ICON / WINDS OF PLAGUE / THE WARRIORS / 50 LIONS

The first time headlining huge venues for Parkway Drive, this one was a total moshathon

February 2011 – YOUR DEMISE / STICK TO YOUR GUNS / BREAK EVEN / LETLIVE

It feels like an eternity since Your Demise broke up and we definitely still jam their records. This was a mighty fine tour with some mighty fine bands including Letlive who themselves were about to blow up.

January 2011 – DEEZ NUTS / THIS IS HELL / THE AMITY AFFLICTION / LOUIE KNUXX

April 2011 – BRING ME THE HORIZON / PARKWAY DRIVE / ARCHITECTS / THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA

What a stacked bill this was!

December 2013 – ALEXISONFIRE FAREWELL TOUR

Well what an emotional night this was, we’d love to relive that once more.
